Do I need a special phone or line?

No. Get the LarLine app and pick a business number; it lives in the app. No smartphone handy? Point the number at any phone that takes calls and answer texts from a browser. The text-back works the same.

Is a robot texting my customers?

The text-back is your own words, sent the moment you miss a call. Everything after that is you. On Pro, LarLine drafts replies for you to read, and nothing goes out unless you tap Send.

Can I keep my current number?

Not yet. You get a new business number to give out for work, and your personal cell stays yours. If you’d rather calls ring your cell than the app, that’s a switch in the app.

What do callers see?

Your LarLine number, never your cell. Same when you call them back from the app.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel from the app, and if it doesn’t earn its keep in the first 30 days we refund it.
